Your privacy is the top priority. All your data is stored locally and securely on your device. Menstrudel is a completely offline app, which means your data is never sent to any server and is never seen by anyone but you.

Yes. You can export your complete cycle and pill log data to a file on your device for personal backup. You can then import this file back into the app on the same or a new device to transfer your history.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, it will be permanently deleted when you uninstall the app. If you have previously exported your data, please ensure you have safely backed up the export file outside of the app before uninstalling, or that file may be deleted as well.

Yes, Menstrudel supports biometrics (fingerprint or face recognition) to secure access to the app. This feature uses your device's native security systems. Your biometric data is never collected or stored by Menstrudel.
